Carlos Luis Obando
Founder & Managing Member
Carlos founded MITELCO360 to help businesses put Google Cloud and AI to work. A Harvard MBA and Duke-trained engineer, he pairs 30+ years across global finance and technology — from systems engineering at IBM to senior roles at Citi, Morgan Stanley, and UBS — with hands-on cloud and AI implementation. He also teaches AI, Python, and blockchain as an adjunct professor at Seattle University's Albers School of Business.
Yue Cheng
Financial Specialist
Yue leads finance and operations at MITELCO360, keeping engagements running smoothly from scoping through delivery. She holds a Master's in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor's in Finance from Shanghai International Studies University.
Jessica Guo
AI Agent Architect Intern
Jessica builds AI agent tooling and automation at MITELCO360, helping turn Google Cloud AI into practical workflows for clients. She's studying Mathematics and Computer Science at Duke University and Duke Kunshan University (Class of 2027), with a focus on quantitative methods.
